R.Harbor ships via USPS for all orders.
Where do you ship?
Through our website, we currently ship anywhere in the United States. If you are interested in placing an order that requires shipping to another country, please email us at email@example.com and will may be able to accommodate this request.
When will my items ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of purchase.
If you find that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will do everything we can to correct the mistake immediately.
All sales items are final sale, we're sorry but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Returns are accepted on unwashed and unworn items within 10 days of receipt of your USPS order. Returns with odors, stains, food residue or otherwise received as damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund. If these criteria are met, a refund, store credit, or exchange will be offered. Returns (minus return shipping charges) will be processed as soon as possible after we receive it. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 30 days, or items that have been washed or worn, for any reason.
If you find that you ordered the wrong size, and need to exchange an item, there will be a $2 re-stocking fee. Customers are also responsible for all shipping charges in the event of an exchange. Please e-mail us within 72 hours of receiving the item to process the exchange. Once we receive the item in its original condition we will exam the item to make sure it has been unwashed and unworn and then process the exchange. We must receive your return within 10 days of the USPS delivery date.
It is the customer’s responsibility for ensuring that they provide the correct address prior to shipping. R.Harbor always ships to the shipping address supplied at the time of checkout. R.Harbor is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Reshipment on packages returned to R.Harbor due to incorrect address, reship at the customer's cost.
R.Harbor is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Nor are we responsible for packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are the customer’s responsibility to track down. Please check with your local post office in the event of this rare occurrence, as we are unable to do this for you.
